The Pilgrim Hall Museum was built in 1824 and is one of the oldest museums in America and displayed is a large collection of Pilgrim possessions. You will learn much of the history of the Mayflower, Pilgrims and Native Americans It also houses a museum gallery and the nation’s oldest continuously–operating public museum, Pilgrim Hall houses an unmatched collection of Pilgrim possessions. Some of its treasures include: William Bradford’s Bible, Myles Standish’s sword, and the only portrait of a Pilgrim Edward Winslow, that is painted from life.
